1. Collecting, Processing and Using Personal Data
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. We only store access data with no personal connection, e.g. the name of your internet service provider or the web page from which you are visiting our website. This data is evaluated solely for the purpose of improving our services, and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn concerning your identity.
Personal data (Titel, First Name, Last Name, Date of birth, Country, Interests, E-Mail address, Telephone number, Address) is only collected if you give it to us voluntarily when placing an order, opening a customer account or registering for our newsletter. Under no circumstances is the collected data sold or transmitted to any third party for any other reason (please see also 8. Google Analytics). We use the data you provide to process and execute your order and to send you information about articles in our product range. We only use email advertising to the extent allowed by law and insofar as you authorised us to do so by registering for the newsletter. You can revoke your consent to our use of your email address for advertising purposes at any time with future effect by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the end of the newsletter or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
By providing personal data, you grant the express permission for the data to be stored for a period of 30 years after contract conclusion for liability-related reasons.
2. Data Protection Declaration
Every purchase from our website is processed using the best encryption method commercially available (128-bit Secure Socket Layer). This ensures that your transactions are safe and no information can be forwarded to unauthorised third parties. Specific pages on our website that are encrypted on transmission are identified by the closed lock symbol in your browser’s lower status bar.
We use the data you send us to process and execute your order.
When you register for our newsletter, we store your email address and use it to send you our own advertising until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. We will not give your email address to any other companies. You can withdraw your consent to the use of your email address at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the newsletter or by sending us an informal email.
We store the text of your contract and send your order data and our General Terms and Conditions to you by email. You can view your previous orders in our customer login area provided you created a user account and did not place an order as a guest. If you order as a guest, we will store the text of your contract. In such an instance, your order data will no longer be accessible in the internet on safety grounds.
3. Data Security
During the order process, your personal data is encrypted by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) before being transmitted via the internet. Nobody can guarantee absolute protection, but we protect our website and other systems by implementing technical and organisation measures against the loss, destruction, access, amendment and dissemination of your data by unauthorised persons. Credit card data is not stored but sent directly to our payment service provider, where it is processed. Your customer account can only be accessed by entering your personal password.
Without any written instructions of the customer to the contrary, Lenz Ges.m.b.H. has the right to conduct the e-mail correspondence with the customer – in full awareness of the associated risks (especially access and secrecy) – in unencrypted form.
What cookies do we use on our Website?
These cookies are necessary to provide you with services available through Wings for Life Sites and to use some of its features, such as access to secure areas. Without these cookies, services you have asked for, like shopping baskets and secure customer account pages, would not be possible.

5. Forwarding Personal Data
Your data will be forwarded to the dispatch company assigned to deliver your shipment if this is necessary. We will also forward your payment data to the bank assigned to process your payment.
You are also granting the express permission for the data to be disclosed towards national and international authorities, courts, notaries, tax consultants, auditors, insurances, social insurance agencies, any entities under public law, banks and credit institutes, opposing parties regarding claims and their legal counsel and experts for the purpose of contract fulfilment.
You can also consent to receive our newsletter if so desired. This is sent at irregular intervals and provides information about special discounts, promotions and offers. For this, we use the email address you provided together with data from your order history if appropriate to send you offers that you may find interesting. You can revoke your consent to receiving our newsletter at any time.
7. Use of Facebook Social Plugins
Our website uses social plugins (“plugins”) provided by the social network facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are identifiable by a Facebook logo or the notice “Facebook Social Plugin”. When you visit a page of our website that contains a social plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook servers.
Facebook directly transfers the plugin content to your browser which embeds the latter into the website, enabling Facebook to receive information about your having accessed the respective page of our website. For this purpose, the internet address of the visited site (your IP address included) is transferred to a USA-based Facebook server where the data are stored. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking “Like”, or entering a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to Facebook and stored by it. The information can also be published on Facebook, and shown to your Facebook friends.
If you are a Facebook member and do not want Facebook to connect the data concerning your visit to our website with your member data already stored by Facebook, please log off Facebook before entering our website. 8. Data Protection Declaration for the Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and facilitate analysis of your website use. The information generated by the cookie concerning your use of this website is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Your IP address will be recorded but pseudonymised immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localisation is possible. The data is processed on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG (Austrian Telecommunications Act) and Art 6 (1) lit a (approval) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO (Austrian General Data Protection Regulation). Our concern within the meaning of the DSGVO (legitimate interests) is to improve our offer and our website. Because our users’ privacy is important, the user data is pseudonymised.
We have concluded a corresponding contract on order data processing with the provider.

9. Use of Google+ Plugins (z.B. „+1“-Button)
Our website uses social plugins (“plugins”) provided by the social network Google+, operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA („Google“).These plugins are identifiable by buttons with the sign "+1" on white or coloured background. If you access one of our web pages that contains such a plugin, your browser directly connects to Google's servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted from Google directly to your browser and integrated into the page. 10. Data Protection Declaration for the Use of hotjar
This website uses the Hotjar web analysis service from Hotjar Ltd.. Hotjar Ltd. is a European company with registered offices in Malta (Hotjar Ltd, Level 2, St Julians Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julians STJ 1000, Malta, Europe)
This tool can be used to track movements on websites that use Hotjar (so-called heat maps). In this way it is possible to see how a user scrolls and which buttons they click, and how often, for example. The tool can also be used to obtain feedback directly from the website users. This provides us with valuable information to help us make our websites even faster and more customer-friendly.
Hotjar gives every user the opportunity to prevent the use of the Hotjar tool with a “Do Not Track header” so that no data is recorded about their visit to the respective website. This is a setting that the latest version of all common browsers supports. Your browser hereby sends a query to Hotjar instructing it to deactivate tracking of the respective user. 11. Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge
Following an order, the Trusted Shops Trustbadge is incorporated into this web page in order to display our Trusted Shops trustmark for buyers and the eventually collected reviews, as well as the Trusted Shops product offer.
In balancing the various interests, this serves to safeguard our legitimate prevailing interests in an optimised marketing of our offer. The trustbadge and the services advertised are an offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Köln.
Whenever a trustbadge is called up, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file which contains, for example, your IP address, the date and time of retrieval, the data volume transferred and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the retrieval. This access data will not be evaluated and will be automatically overwritten seven days after your visit to the page.
Other personal information will only be transferred to Trusted Shops if you decide, after completing an order, to use Trusted Shops products or have already registered for their use. In this case, the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies.
12. Right to information
You have basic rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law or your data privacy rights are violated in any other way, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. This is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
