Warranty terms

Lenz offers a manufacturer’s guarantee according to the regulations for the country of purchase. In most countries it is a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. 


Within this warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge to remedy any material or manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from improper use, personal negligence, normal wear (e.g. in the case of textiles) as well as defects that are only slightly detrimental to the value or usability of the product. The original purchase receipt is urgently required to process the warranty.

Furthermore, our warranty does not cover any claims based on slight differences in the charge level of several lithium packs in the Lenz heat app during charging or heating operation since lithium packs and heating elements are naturally subject to production-related tolerances. Such minimal differences have no noticeable effect on the product’s heating performance and heating duration.


All warranty claims will be void if:
• interventions by unauthorised bodies are made
• parts other than original spare parts are used
