From June 21 to 30, 2019, the second European Games - organized by the European Olympic Committee - will take place in the Belarusian capital Minsk. More than 4,000 active and 2,000 supervisors from 50 nations are expected, with a total of 199 competitions in 15 sports and 19 Olympic disciplines. In ten disciplines, the competitions will be part of the Olympics qualification for the 2020 Summer Games in Tokyo, and in badminton, boxing, judo and canoe sprint, the games will also have official European Championship status.
The Youth Olympic Team Austria came back home with a great medal result. 41 young athletes rejoiced about 11 medals – 1 golden, 1 silver and 9 bronze.
From 6th to 18th October the Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires take place - Austria has a team of 12 young people. 4.000 athletes from 15 to 18 years from 206 nations will be starting in Argentina. A new addition in the Olympic program is Breakdance, trampolining and climbing.
At the kick-off the young athletes were equipped with compression socks - because high flyers need great support!
Austrias 105 members of the Olympic team got in total 14 medals in Pyeongchang - 5 gold medals, 3 silver medals and bronze medals - and also 51 Top Ten places.
Austria also won the alpine ranking with 7 medal sin total (3 x gold, 2 x silver and 2 x bronze)

In South Korea is the temperature around minus 20 degrees - our athletes are optimally equipped for the bitter cold thanks to the heated socks!
We wish our olympic athletes fair competitions and all the best for the fight for gold, silver and bronze medals!
At the Mariott hotel in Vienna all athletes were equipped with our heated socks, compression socks, skiing socks and performance wear.

Györ was worth a journey – the Youth Olympic Team Austria travelled home from Hungary with 5 medals. More important: All athletes could gain experiences for their further careers.

Also the youth teams will be supported, the delegation of the Austrian Olympic Team for the EYOF (European Youth Olympic Festival) in Györ, Hungary (23 th to 29th July 2017). The 51 athletes and 32 trainers representing Austria in Györ (HU) have met for the traditional kick-off session and team clothing.
Equipped with running and compression socks the youth between 14 and 17 years are ready for the competitions!

The athletes of Summer Olympics will be provided with running and compression socks. The winter athletes will be equipped with performance wear, skiing and compression socks and also heated socks, this excludes the danger of them getting cold feet right from the word go!
